Drop C for The Mother, The Earth, And I. I can hear low C power chords, and the fingerstyle and bendy riffs pedal off of an open G.

Sounds like you're spot on. The tuning is Drop C but we're in the key of G Minor for the majority of the song with bouncing of off the open G string.

All the Wicked things could be AADGBE as well. I havent really listened enough, but that could be the alternative to him using pitch shifting. I’d need to pick up a guitar to figure it out to truly know.

I thought that I was hearing it during the verses, but it actually is a C an octave lower, just like the tab shows, so you are right.
