The band relocated from Vancouver to Toronto as home base recently, makes sense given they tour more in the midwest/east coast than west coast I guess.

Touring starting up again now, more dates added since post above.

They're putting out a live 2CD set - (1) audio from their acoustic DVD in New Zealand, will be nice to have that on CD + (2) audio from live tour dates last year.

Not sure if anybody still pays attention to them but their drummer left the band and now Garrett Whitlock is going to play for them on this tour.

I was too exhausted to make the drive Friday night to NJ. Hope I'll see them eventually, it's been a long time.

you should! they're awesome!
just had them play an acoustic show at my house last week! it was such an awesome time! will definitely be doing that again! had some friends I've met through AB and LAS, some friends from outside music and a few of my family. my mom, her brother and his wife and her sister came. all were totally impressed with the guys. my aunt now wants to see if they'll be around near her next summer to have them to play at my cousin's graduation party. lol. not so sure they'd be into a full electric show, but they LOVED the acoustic!

Saw these guys a couple years ago opening for AB, they sounded massive. Really dig some of their stuff.

Yep! That's how I discovered them. Ended up seeing them with AB 8 times on the ABIII tour. I've seen them headline 3 times since. I was hoping AB might take them out if they do a US run in Jan as I keep hearing there's a possibility of, but the LAS guys will be back in New Zealand as Kent's getting married in Feb.

For those who know guitar stuff, Matt got a custom baritone PRS (not signature like Mark Tremonti but still a rare one I guess) https://twitter.com/MattBrooksLAS/statu ... 5113593858
He's been on their artist list for a few years now http://prsguitars.com/artists/profile/matt_brooks/

"It was an honor to have our very own "Never Surrender" used by The Coca-Cola Company yesterday in its annual Veterans Day Celebration. We played a special acoustic set for the USO Care Package Event and were able to send over 10,000 of our free album download cards to deployed US Troops."

Like A Storm is amazing. The bridge in LTWYHM is one of the most incredible things I've ever heard. They went full prog on that bridge. If only AB would do something like that.

Great article about them. http://www.musicnewsnashville.com/new-z ... io-record/

I think some of their west coast shows were canceled because of the winter storm crossing the country.

update from LAS:
Hey guys! It's a huge honor to have been invited to join part of Scott Stapp's 2014 tour! These will be our first shows back in the U.S when we come back from New Zealand. So we're really stoked about it! Come check us out at the following dates:

March 26th: Chicago, IL - House of Blues
March 28th: Toronto, ON - Opera House
March 29th: Machine Shop - Flint, MI
I see Scott has other dates posted, not sure which LAS will open. They seem to be biggest in the midwestern U.S. at this point.
