Loved their first two albums. Can't stand their third. There's a couple decent tracks, but the songwriting is so ridiculously haphazard and inorganic that it just feels slapped together. Extremely disappointing.

They're a good band, seen them live 4 times, and will definately will them again, they get better each time I see them. Their third album was a bit of a disappointment, but after a while I just appreciated it for what it is instead of what I wanted it to be. It is a bit of a shame, because every song is pretty much the same and they do feel force in alot of places, but didn't they use external writers for it?

Love BSC and I wish they would come to OZ. I don't think the 3rd album was as bad as everyone makes out but it certainly wasn't great either.

Idjut, you know BSC dont get media exposure in the UK lol. Ive only ever enjoyed them personally or live. And on stage, its hard to match a live BSC show

Especially on the past tour with AB in November. Fuckin epic.

This this so much this, they should have left Roadrunner when they where forced to work with outside writers damnit.
Used to be a huge fan of these guys, saw them live supporting their 2nd album too, great show, now i never listen to them anymore

In My Blood is really good. I dig Like I Roll too. Actually I enjoy a lot of stuff on the new album except some of the more cliched stuff. I mean Blame It On the Boom Boom gets the crowd going at live shows but c'mon...lol.

I love them, and agree with Jim, they are spectacular live. Last summer I had quite the dilemma in deciding weather to go see BSC headline a small show or see them AND AB on the CoM.

The new record is quite a bit blah. But there are some great tunes on there... Killing Floor, Change, Like I Roll, ect.

Well, for those that do or do not know, BSC headlined the 2nd stage of the Download Festival, last week, and they debuted a new song.

Sounds all right to me. A little meh, but listenable.

The song is a little meh, but it's more exciting than the vast majority of their last album, so I'm looking forward to their next release.

Yeah man i heard about that, actually watched the video for it this morning on my iPhone! I don't mind it actually, it's got a wicked groove! Jon the bass player told me they had a song called Mary Jane and its about smoking weed.. I was like "dude, didnt Silvertide do that?" :lol

That new song sounds decent, now if they would actually bring back the new songs/demos they had before they changed everything with that generic 3rd album I might give them a decent new chance:

This was gold, wanted to tear down walls when they threw this shit away and didn't record it

Yes, that was during the first writing sessions of the 3rd album, before they had an external writer coming in.
I was a HUGE fan of the band back then and I still remember that song taking my hype for that album to extreme levels, only to be dissapointed when the album dropped with the new direction.
