So excited to see what they come up with in this album I hope it's similar to Juggernaut. Don't know why I can't get into the older albums, though.. Maybe I just have an idea that they're not as good as Juggernaut so it's not worth it? I don't know. Maybe because Jug was new and that's why I'm excited for this one too?austinjhnsn wrote:This is the last portion of recording! P3 isnt too far away
Did you not like P2?! I don't blame you though, Juggernaut was a pure masterpiece in my eyes, it's got some of Periffs best stuff on there, ahem... STRANGER THINGS, But I'm not too into P1, Spencer's vocals are a little too...meh? I don't know but he improved so much. Mile Zero and Luck as a Constant off of P2 are the best off of that album imo.SHEAKENBAKEN wrote: So excited to see what they come up with in this album I hope it's similar to Juggernaut. I listened to it, but I felt like it just dragged on and the songs weren't that memorable? His vocals aren't really as good either IMO. But yes Jugg is a a masterpiece album for sure. XD Of course you'd mention that song again but don't forget A Black Minute . Currently listening to The Event and then The Scourge as we type XDaustinjhnsn wrote:Did you not like P2?! I guess thats impressive! Good choice! Such an amazing song!austinjhnsn wrote:The thing about his vocals on P2 is that all the vocals were void of any sort of pitch correction on that album, so everything you hear is his raw voice, aside from the random effect here and there, thats the most impressive thing to me is that he pulled off songs like Ragnarok, Facepalm Mute, and Froggin Bullfish without the assistance of a little pitch correction. But hell yeah man! I was just playing The Bad Thing on guitar, such a banger of a track.
Spencer is going hard on those vocals!austinjhnsn wrote:the vocal teases spencer put on his instagram are brutiful
I think I heard them all, but can you link the clip? Not entirely sure which one you might be talking aboutaustinjhnsn wrote:Did you hear that heavy clip?! He almost sounds like Iowa era Corey Taylor!! Gaaaaah!
