Lots more on this channel. Some day I'll see them up close instead of lawn/balcony

I was just giving "Dinosaurs" a second spin. What a great album.

Touring in July-August. A bit expensive for my budget, alas.

New song is out! Seems like Jerry Cantrell is into protozoic organisms.

Digging the new tune! Been on an Alice kick lately... Jamming Them Bones on the guitar. Even conquered Jerry's guitar solo! It Ain't Like That is next...

Great set by AiC. Huge fan. I thought Dinosaurs was a bit...repetitive. I think they need to put a couple of more fast-paced rockers in there. Hoping the new album has better pacing. But I loved Phantom Limb, Stone, and Hollow from that record.

Never saw the original lineup of AiC, sadly. But I did see the reunion show with guest singers up in Seattle in 2005. That was pretty amazing. Chris DeGarmo (who plays acoustic guitar on a track on the new AiC record), formerly of Queensryche, played with AiC that night, doing the lead acoustic guitar work, and rhythm electric guitar work. To this day, still not sure why he played lead on the acoustic. But I'm thinking Jerry probably just feels Chris is a bit better on the acoustic.

Anyway, LOVE me some AiC. Really looking forward to the record.

Love the new record. Chris DeGarmo (Queensryche's former guitarist and lead songwriter) guested, uncredited on the acoustic part in "Drones." Cool spider chord written by Jerry that DeGarmo nailed. My favorite from Alice's latest album is "Red Giant," followed by "All I Am." Great stuff. My favorite post-Layne AiC album.

I’m psyched to hear William DuVall’s solo acoustic album. He said in an interview it was all recorded in two separate days. Produced it himself.

Still listening and ripping the CD to my laptop but this album sounds great even on my laptop. First track (Til the Light Guides Me Home) is crystal clear vocals and acoustic.
