Working out a 6 am. Not for everyone, I know. But working out before work gives me the opportunity to do it a second time after work.

Wow even my work friend who is obsessed with working out doesn't go 2x in a day.

It's cardio once and lifting once. I try to go daily but sometimes I need to take a break just to recharge.
