Yeah, it was the same for me. But during this month I went from being able to write barely 300-400 words in 30 minutes to regularly going over 700-800, so it actually became easier as I went along. Also helps if your plot is already done, ofc, as mine was. So I'm sure you could do it, too!
The feeling is amazing. I think I'm happier now than I was when I graduated from college, lol.

Writing a book is one of my childhood dreams, so I can definitely imagine how that must feel. Even if you're story isn't complete yet. That's a very impressive milestone.

And yea, I think I can do it as well. Just have to find the right story. I thought I had something really special, and I had the first half of the story mostly figured out, but I had no idea how I was going to finish the book, which is where I started struggling. Now a new story is developing in my head :D

Think it through before you start though, makes the process MUCH easier. I picked up the Scrivener trial (it's a really helpful program for novelists that I intend to buy now), it made a lot of difference in my organization.

It's not complete yet, I still have some expanding to do, and I need to wrap it up, and edit it later and whatnot, but reaching the milestone is really special. I hope you get to experience it as well :)

That's so awesome, Lotha. Very impressive. And judging from your thoughts around here, I'm already looking forward to receiving my autographed copy.

I think that's the only body part you can say that about without getting smacked in the face.
