Lindsey Stirling's Brave Enough album. The 25th album released in 2016 that I have listened to. Let's see how this goes.
Edit: A few songs in, but I'm really enjoying this album. A good mixture of instrumental tracks and guest vocals tracks, but I feel like this is a good representation of modern pop music in the best way possible.

Re: What are you listening to right now?
Still on a Lindsey Stirling buzz. Really enjoyed her new album.
Enjoyed Prism, Brave Enough, Don't Let This Feeling Fade (the singer from Weezer was in this song, only sang one line and they had it looped a couple of times. Also, Lecrae was in it as well. He's this hip-hop guy that also recently sang in Switchfoot's song, Looking For America, very powerful and topical song there and Lecrae played a good role in that), Something Wild, and Gavi's Song.
It's a really good listen if you like the violin being a prominent instrument mixed with pretty much any environment/atmosphere (electronics, acoustics, poppy-ish country, etc.)

I listened to some U2 the other day. I like Bono's voice.

Bono's an incredible singer. Even if you don't like the tone of his voice or like his personality. Some of the stuff he does is just so amazing.

After hearing Lindsey Stirling's Don't Let This Feeling Fade which featured the singer of Weezer, I'm in a Weezer mood so let's get to it.
Weezer's Weezer album (White Album). The 26th album released in 2016 that I have listened to.

Delain's Moonbathers album. The 27th album released in 2016 that I have listened to. Heard a few tracks they released from the album. Sounds promising.

Michael Sweet's One Sided War album. The 28th album released in 2016 that I have listened to. For me, Michael Sweet has been having a solid streak of albums dating back to 2013 where two Stryper albums, a solo album, and a collaboration with George Lynch have been, at the very least, solid listens. I expect no difference with this album.

Re: What are you listening to right now?
Been listening to Disturbed lately. Trying to come up with some chunky Disturbed-like rhythems on the geetar.
