I listened to that this morning. Jeff Loomis is awesome, but I miss Nevermore. I loved that band.

Loomis is definitely awesome! Keith Merrow makes this album for me with his riffs though I think he and Jeff make an incredible combo!
Could never really get into Nevermore because of the vocals, they didnt really do it for me, but it was definitely a good band yea.

Love this song. Sound of Silver is my first LCD Soundsystem album and I like it quite a bit, this song definitely being one of my favorites from it. Haven't seen the video until now though, it's pretty cool.

Linkin Park's new single "Guilty All the Same"

HOLY SHIT!!! THIS IS ACTUALLY GOOD!!!

There's a lot more instrumental work in this song than they've ever done, it features some rapper I've never heard of who has a decent verse, and there's a fucking guitar solo!

I've only heard their singles via the radio, especially Burn it Down, but this track sounds pretty good. Some of the bits reminds me of A7X (not a bad thing).

Definitely has parts where it sounds like A7X. Mike Shinoda said this whole album is supposed to be aggressive, influenced by the hardcore movement. I'm excited I may just return to fanman status.
