Chicken all the way. Lean, high in protein, and goes with almost anything.

What do you mean obviously not enough? How long have you been consistently working out?

Anyone else find it funny that Jim is trying to put on weight while we're all trying to burn some off?

Well fitness isnt just for fatties like these guys.

I havent exercised for fucking ages, 2012 was a tough year for motivation (if you remember it wasnt my best moment).. So this year I'm getting hold of some kick ass equipment in my own new house and with money looking better than ever i can afford to eat better too

So hence all the questions..

What a wasted weekend, from a fitness standpoint.

Saturday I was hung over until the evening, at which point the gym was closed.
Sunday I spent the day touring/drinking in Philadelphia.
Monday I at least got in a decent run.

Still, I haven't lifted since Wednesday. I'm looking forward to a good lift tonight.

Based on what you said I don't think it's fair to say your diet isn't good enough just yet. Granted, I'm not a scientist/nutritionist (only a 22 year old genius), but I don't think eating loads of chicken and fish is going to do much for your body until you have a workout routine in place that calls for it. Otherwise, it's just an overload of calories and protein not being put to use. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
