For sure. Watching them live October 8th, so I'll have to wear it out.

But come October 7th you'll only be needing to use one album, right Drew? Or least until you wear it out :P
I feel like Shea will kill you if you don't give the "right" answer.
:lol What? Why would I kill him? Seems awfully excessive.

500 miles ran? With your own feet? Like some kind of savage?

You know they invented bikes, right?

(I've been way off my bike game this summer too, I shouldn't talk.)

I wouldn't be able to keep track of my total running distance because I'm not 100% sure the distance of the route, but by my rough calculations, I only run about 104 :embarrassed

Yeah. We have route markers around our little town. I either run all of them at once (about 6 miles). Or go run 4 to 8 miles at the high school track. When Fortress came out, I did a 14 mile run that night. Might be why it's far and away my favorite.

I should probably try to be running everyday instead of once a week as well. That would bring me up to 876 miles in the year. Much better than 104 :lol

When I started I could only go about 2 at a time. But you build up your endurance like anything else you do. I don't go every day (I feel your muscles need rest every third day once you start running at 4+ a pop) I go a couple times during the week and do long runs on the weekends.

It's great for music too. When AB III came out I didn't care for it (save for the first three tracks) but I fell in love with it, being the driving force behind my running. Every new album has to pass the running test w/me, lol. There a 3 huge hills on my route. And if the songs can't drive me to kick the hill's ass then, I won't be listening to it long.

Endurance isn't an issue for me personally, but If I tried to run everyday at this point, I'd probably feel the burn the next day a lot more. So every third day is what Mon, Thurs, and a long run or two on the weekend? If I really wanted to listen to music properly while running, I'd have to get some better headphones. The ones that come with the devices always seem to fall out of one of my ears constantly because of the pace I run at all the time. But I feel like running with the big over-the-head ones would look weird while running :shrug I don't have any huge hills on my route currently. It's all pretty much flat.

My wife works at Walgreens and they have some pretty cheap earbuds that go for like $5. I get like 4 pair every Christmas because all of the bouncing wears them out about 3 months in. Good for sound though. I think the brand is 2XL.

Don't worry about looking weird. I run with a water bottle in one hand, and my earbud chord wrapped around one of my thumbs to keep them stable in my ears. I'm sure to most of the people in my town (of 2,000) think I'm the weird running guy anyways, lol.

Fortress (song) is awesome for starting a run on, the rhythm is bang on for timing three strides a second, so I can get angry early on at my legs not being able to move that fast.

Might switch up my listening tomorrow though.

I did try to do some running last year. I'm still way overweight, though not nearly as bad as I used to be (holding steady around 250 pounds now, just a tick under this week). So that makes it a little more difficult to stay up on the running. I do admit, it was kind of fun, but it was hell on my feet. Did a couple of 5ks, but nothing to write home about. Once I started biking, especially on my fat bike, I never looked back. So much easier on your joints, feet, everything. And so much more fun to shred up trails :)

Correct. Bikes >>> feet > cars

I don't usually listen to music when running outside, but once its time for the treadmill, I do. Kept listening to the All I Was album this winter.
