Starting a name that riff game on my Facebook. Every week, Ill play a new riff, and see who can guess it first. Every couple of months, I'll look at the leader board, and let them pick a riff for me to play. Should expand my guitar horizons. Playing everything from 'tallica to Michael Jackson to Dwight Yoakam.

Anyone hear listen to the podcast "Off-Book?" It's a couple of comedians who make up a musical as they go with other comedian friends. This week's impressed me in terms of both humor and music more than their others, I'd recommend checking it out if you've got an hour and a half to kill and enjoy a good laugh. It is a little crass at points and the only backing music is a piano so don't expect anything too grand. http://www.earwolf.com/episode/pump-the ... on-gabrus/

Happy New Year, TABN!!

Today is the 14 year anniversary of the start of Alter Bridge. Thank goodness for that, for without them we would not have this awesome group of fans and friends here. :peace

My son has a teammate and carpool-mate on his hockey team whose older brother, Troy, was selected to the US Olympic Hockey team. Pretty cool, except now I'm going to have to drive extra while his parents are in South Korea next month.

Do you have “zaz” or “gbruin” inscribed in one of the wings? Cause if not you’re doing it all wrong.

Had a student ask me one time if they could use notes on an exam if they were tattooed on their body. I said yes and was really disappointed when they didn't go through with it.

Too bad, would’ve been great if the info was career related.
Interviewer: “So why should we hire you?”
Candidate: *shows tattoo*
Interviewer: “You’re hired!”
