Adulting succckkkkssss. Macca and Jim don't come here anymore, I stopped laughing 4 years ago, and mafia hasn't happened in a good 3-4 years I think. Could be fun to try one again though, especially now that I have some spare time... hmmm....

Yes, this place has gotten sad over the last few years. It was so glorious six years ago, back in the Decay days...

Oh my goodness, it's going to be five years since the Gurthie period. Where does the time go? When did we become responsible adults?

1. Who woulda thought that when I first started calling Kevin, “Kevin” that it would stick around for over five years.

2. ITT, so does that mean I should give up your spot?

Well, I guess you could give it away...but I’m already seated at the table ordering apps and drinks, so it’d be kind of awkward at this point

At the Switchfoot show at the last show at the Wiltern theater, that I’m heading to in a long while. I think I should get a good spot.

Edit: And I'm back from the concert. WOW. I didn't think it would take a little more than two weeks after seeing Within Temptation (which I had pegged as a tough concert to beat as my favorite of the year so far) to top it, but Switchfoot did just that on this night. Almost every song was a singalong and everyone was loving everything from them. Old hits, new stuff, etc. It felt very welcoming to be a part of that community and the band really appreciated it the whole way. After that show, I really do need a break from concert going for now, but in about 1.5 months, I'll be back with seeing the Tedeschi Trucks band.

On another note, for those that wants to go to LA. Don't drive near the 10 and 110 intersection on Fridays. It was horrible trying to merge onto the 10 west from the 110 north since there was only one lane to get to the 10 at 4PM-5PM and oddly enough, there was friken traffic around that area at 11PM.

Man it was awesome. I was really cold towards the end of the night, and drained, but for my first Wrestlemania, I had a great time. Made some friends while we were there, and seeing some of my childhood favorites like Hulk Hogan, John Cena, Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart was something I never in my life thought I'd see.
