Been on a weight loss journey since August, this morning marks 50 pounds down. Still a ways from my goal but I like to think my progress is sizable enough by now that my momentum is sticking.
In a completely opposite direction yet still related, I'm going on vacation in a little over a week and there's a place that has monster 12 egg omelettes. I'm usually super strict with my diet during the week and work out about 2 hours a day 5-6 times a week, but on my rest day(s) I cheat on purpose. Sooooo, I'm gonna try to tackle this thing.
I might chicken out and just get the 6 but I think I'll at least try it and box the rest. They have some cool options like a salmon / cream cheese one
And a salsa / chili / sour cream / cheese one
But the one I'm probably going to try is the meat lovers
