Unless you read it twice.

Actually I think that makes us even.

And let's leave the lawyers out of it. Sorry, Monty.

Okay Anthrax killed it and the whole festival was a great success. Hoping for a similarly great lineup next year, too.

Went on our annual deep sea fishing trip today, and caught three red snapper.

Yep, I don't have much to say nowadays. I mean I got a job. I'm happy. I'm playing World of Warcraft again. Going to see Halestorm/Starset in October. Can't say much more than that.

Well, if anyone else wants to talk more about NJPW or puroresu, I'm all ears.

Here's a video of Kota Ibushi wrestling a blow up doll.

Or you want to see a video of Kenny Omega wrestling a nine-year old girl?

I'm going to New Jersey this week and was planning on spending a couple days at the beach.

New Jersey is in a government shutdown so all the public beaches are closed.

Idiots.

I only saw the first one after the first hour onwards and I liked it. Crowd wasn't too obnoxious and it was exactly what I was hoping for. It's was basically a respective crowd of NJPW fans and they were an active bunch cheering their favorite guys and booed the guys they hated.

I mean Ishii vs Naito was really good, that was obvious. Kenny Omega vs Michael Elgin was also really good, and that was also obvious and the crowd really loved Omega and Naito and I don't blame them. Okada vs Cody was all right. I'm sure it's probably the best Cody match since he decided to leave WWE. Crowd despised Cody, but really loved Okada so that helped a lot and the Bullet Club drama near the end of the match helped a lot.

Heck, JR noted a good point regarding Cody. He wanted to see more steak than sizzle and a lot of more worthwhile substance in Cody's matches under the NJPW branch and I think he brought it here. It's just one of the lesser matches of Okada's big title defenses (that speaks a lot more of the highs of his title defenses than thinking his match with Cody sucked, which honestly didn't suck).

I did catch one of the matches of Night 2. Zack Sabre Jr vs Ishii and despite both guys' different styles of wrestling, they worked really well together. Sabre Jr. was really being aggressive attacking Ishii's arm and Ishii, despite being a man that is tough as nails and have no neck, showing a lot of pain in his arm hurting, but still show a lot of tenacity and gives nothing away as he always shows.

Idiots.
Time to start Plan B: Pour truck loads of sand into Cameron's place; start an indoor beach party.
