Sigh....., another job in an Associate Financial Analyst applied right now. Really hoping someone in their recruiting team thinks highly of me and calls me up for an interview in one of these positions I applied for. It's bound to happen sometimes soon, right? Right?

Well, this is interesting. After applying for a Staff Accountant Internship for a company in Long Beach, hours later, I just got a call and now they want me for an interview tomorrow. To say I am very nervous is a huge understatement.

zaz will agree that this is great, Kev! Good luck in the interview. Relax (that may not be your forte, I know) but just have fun with it and be a pro. And tell them you know Timo. By the time you explain what an asset that is, you'll be totally comfortable with the rest of the interview.

And I obviously don't know your specific situation, but a lot of people apply to like 10 jobs at a time when they are initially looking. Don't be afraid to throw out a lot of applications. It's acceptable to say no if a job offer doesn't fit, but you won't get an offer to any job you don't apply for.

Just finished the interview. Aside from not recalling one concept off the top of my head. I think I did all right.

Learning to play Lover all the way through (and well). What AB song should I tackle next? Keep in mind I have 22 months of guitar exp.

You done Broken Wings yet? I remember when I first nailed that intro it was like I heard the Mario power-up noise.
For all of the hope that it brings...

Broken Wings is a good suggestion. Life Must Go On is another one I like to play when practicing finger-picked sections. The rest of the song outside the intro is pretty simple too.

I know I bashed on Three Days Grace and said they weren't too great, but at the same time, I feel that their top best songs (Just Like You, for example) are better than AB or Breaking Benjamin's worst (for example).

It's finally New Year's in Cali for me and Ryan!!!

Now then, my new year's resolution. Since now I know it's possible for me to attain an interview at a desirable position, my resolution is to talk more with confidence in interviews, land a job, be satisfied with work life, and play World of Warcraft again.

Also, I went through over 5 hours listening to my favorite top 5 albums of 2016. Man, I would love to say it was worth it and I was glad that I enjoyed listening to those albums this year and wouldn't have it any other way.
