Just go with the flow and see what happens. That's what God did. If you screw up you can always start a flood and start over.

Nah I know approximately what I need, I just wanna make sure it's logical and that it could obey the physical laws of an Earth-like planet.

Oh, nevermind the God analogy then.
JUST JOKING.
JUST JOKING.

Re: The Official "Total Randomness" Thread
In the tutorial I followed, the map maker was like "I wonder if God did it like this". Just though I might throw that out there now.

Just make sure your world isn't too close to or too far away from it's "Sun." Unless if you're going for some raging inferno world or an ice-age apocalypse.

They plot and conspire. That's all they do.

So it seems like a lot of sites got DDOS today, Twitter included. That's a big bummer.

Re: The Official "Total Randomness" Thread
I have been unemployed for a month and a half. Was finally offered a job this Wednesday and was given a week to accept it. The job is not particularly one I want to do and I'd have to move halfway across the country. Is it wrong that I'm thinking of declining the offer while I don't have any other leads?

Re: The Official "Total Randomness" Thread
^^ Personally, I wouldn't accept it. I mean I'm sure the pay would be decent, but moving halfway across the country seems rough since you got to move your stuff, find a new place to live, etc. If you know you are not going to enjoy it, then you know it's not going to be worth it.

Re: The Official "Total Randomness" Thread
My brother died all of a sudden on Friday. He was only 31 and was the fittest guy in the family. He was the last person you'd think would die like that.
My world has turned upside down in a matter of moments. I know it's cliched to say good things for the dead, specially if they're your family, but he was truly an amazing person, who gave everything he could to his family and friends, and when he was finally getting established financially, after years of untiring struggle, he wasn't allowed the chance to receive the fruits of his years of efforts.
We were three brothers, but he was the best of us and deserved life far more than either of us. I still can't comprehend how it could happen. I just can't believe it..
