That book would be perfect for NaNoWriMo. You can rush the first 10k words in one day.

I missed too much of the month to start now but I had an idea I wanted to do for this year's NaNoWriMo for a spiritual successor to Office Space about government work.Lotha wrote:That book would be perfect for NaNoWriMo. You can rush the first 10k words in one day.
Re: The Official "Total Randomness" Thread
I dropped it too. But eh, any month can be NaNoWriMo if you so wish.

Was the forum glitching for anyone else earlier? Working for me on a different device now.

Used to be. Then every single Canadian on the board left so we ran out of things to talk about.

Sadly, this is how I think this forum has been active, nowadays. It's too depressing and not right, dang it!

Halestorm came to town a few weeks ago and blew our minds which is a big deal for the East Coast of Canada. It was their first time here. It was also a crime that they only played a 40 minute set vs. Three Days Grace's one and a half hour set.

Jebus, man. That is criminal, honestly. They were doing shows where they were playing like 24-28 songs a night last October. They came to Riverside, California, 30 min. away from me. I could have gone, but I was too busy with school.

Hey all!
What have you all been up to?
I'm moving in with my bf soon, he's coming back next week. And trying to find a permanent source of income, so it's been hectic.

Re: The Official "Total Randomness" Thread
I've been getting some strange dreams as of late. Dreamed that one certain person keeps being around me, doing pretty much whatever, talking with people, whist I hadn't had contact with that person in months. Also, I dreamed that I was reading that Ultimate-Guitar article on what happened if Metallica never released the Black Album. Oh, and I also gave an envelope filled with a lot of money to Chris Cornell. I found the envelope in the vending machine. It was addressed to him. His reaction was, "Cool." Also, I was watching the Kings were losing to the Chicago Blackhawks hard like 4-0. Jebus, man. That last one could be a reality.
Strange dreams, indeed.

I approve. Of giving money to Chris Cornell. And of dreaming about him.anguyen92 wrote:I also gave an envelope filled with a lot of money to Chris Cornell. I found the envelope in the vending machine. It was addressed to him. His reaction was, "Cool."

Re: The Official "Total Randomness" Thread
So, it's midnight. I'm waiting for about 1.5 hours until I'm watching the first day of New Japan Pro Wrestling Tag Team League. 16 teams, consisting some of the best wrestlers in the world, will battle it out to win a Round-robin format tournament.
I'm not expecting this to be a blow my mind kinda of event since tag-matches in NJPW are ehhh to me, and I hear that the wrestlers generally take it a lot more easier here than the prior months, in terms of effort, to conserve themselves to get ready for the biggest wrestling show of the year for them, Wrestle Kingdom at the Tokyo Dome on January 4th.
Still, should be a good watch and be worth staying up late for.

I watched a guy riding an ostrich on TV this morning and I immediately thought of Tim.
