Well, breakfast - milk if there's cereal, creme/milk with coffee
lunch = no milk
dinner = milk always, creme/milk with coffee

I went to Taco Bell to try the new Crunchwrap sliders they had there for $1 each. I had two of them. It's pretty good. Pretty sizable as well. It was like 75% of a regular crunchwrap supreme.
