New member here, and happy to be a part of AB Nation! By far the greatest band in the world. This is an amazing Site, but a little overwhelming for a newbie. Got my tix to the Atlanta show at the Tabernacle. Has anyone heard of a possible meet-n-greet with the band? My life won't be complete until I meet Mark (and my wife's won't be until she meets Myles. :~) )

whats up i would like to introduce myself, i,am a 54 year old rock and roll fan. But the reason i joined your fan club,is because of my best friend. He is a huge ALTER BRIDGE FAN he and i are the same age, but six months ago he was at my house hanging out doing the thangs boys do partying a little, you know. anyway he said he was'nt feeling well, thought he was having a stroke. Long story short, he went to the hospital two days later. They told him he had a brain tumor, keep in mind this S.O.B. CAN BEAT THE HELL OUT OF SOME DRUMS two days later they do surgery. One month ago the doc gave him six months to live. He came to me and told me before he passes he wants to see ALTER BRIDGE with his boys, PETE is from Mt.Olive Alabama. he has three boys between 30 yrs. and 23 yrs. i'm trying to make my partners last wish come true any suggestions

i'am not looking for something for nothing I don't know where to look for tickets. or where is the closest show to Bham, Ala. soon

Might as well reintroduce myself, not a new member as such, took a lengthy hiatus and i decided to come back to the forum

Yay! Welcome back! We always like when people come back along with new members arriving.

We have a new member whose name is NYCAB. I can't tell if they're a New York City Alter Bridge fan, or a New York Cab. Either way, I hope they post.

I have no idea where this would fit, it's so random...I'm just posting it here...but good grief, guys, I am SO happy to have Alter Bridge in my life.

I had a crappy morning at work, and I came home, took a walk, and listened to my fave tracks from Blackbird...and I have to say that nothing in my life has ever lifted my spirit and healed my soul like the music these guys make. Listening to the guitars, and Myles' voice...while remembering how amazing and understood I felt when I was blessed enough to see them play these amazing songs live completely made me feel so much better.

Then I sat on my porch, listened to Breathe Again, and cried. Being a girl is hard sometimes, guys. Seriously.

ANYWAY--just had to share. I know AB does the same for most of you. I am just SO thankful for their music and for a community of fellow fans who totally get it too!

Alter Bridge is a godsend. Dont know where I would be without their music.
