It takes time to build up speed in such a 'close quarters' community; but we appreciate every single member we have here! Some more than others!!

no, this isn't the case AT ALL, we ALL started at where these new members are now, no body is 'shut out' of forums, people just don't tend to get involved as much as the more predominant 25/30 members who are active a lot know eachother better.
