Re: The Official ''Favorite TV Show'' Thread
There's definitely alot of inside jokes for people who watched the original but its still hilarious either way. I'll stop hijacking this thread with nothing but abridged stuff now... If I feel the urge to nerd out any more I may just make an official thread.anguyen92 wrote:Sigh...., sadly when I started watching Toonami, it was when they were showing nothing but Dragonball GT and I could not really find myself to invest the time to watch Dragonball Z, but I may give watching that Abridged version for kicks.Drivenunder4 wrote:If you were into Toonami I'm sure you seen Dragonball Z and know the storyline. You gotta see Dragonball Z Abridged that I mentioned in my post above. I've laughed until I cried multiple times. It takes awhile to get really funny (Ep. 7 or 8) but when it does..anguyen92 wrote: I used to watch a lot of anime stuff until Cartoon Network pulled the plug on Toonami

Re: The Official ''Favorite TV Show'' Thread
My favourite show at the moment is Parks & Recreation. I got into it in the middle of the third season and it's a fantastic show. Hilarious, great story, I love it.
I'm also really into Hannibal since it started. I was hooked the minute I started watching and the finale as such a cliff hanger that I'm dying for the second season to start (which isn't until next year sometime).

Game of Thrones (Yay for Greg getting into GOT!)
Dexter
Breaking Bad
Supernatural
The Walking Dead
I think those are my favorites at the moment.
I also watch(ed):
Arrow
Smallville
Friends (not ashamed of that, G!)
Spartacus
Homeland
Friday Night Light (I've got a soft heart for dramas )
The O.C.
One Tree Hill
How I Met Your Mother
The Simpsons
That's all I can think of right now.. I just woke up, so I might be missing a bunch.

Duck Dynasty
Burn Notice

Re: noooo
I'm not a huge fan of most of the Belgian shows. Now and then there's a show I'm interested in (usually involves humor ), but most storyline shows (can't think of a better word) in Belgium suck imo.zazisaspaz wrote:wait does the rest of the world not have it's own TV shows, or you just didn't post them because no one would know what you're talking about?

Re: The Official ''Favorite TV Show'' Thread
It's american tv shows, british news channels, and also british sports commentators that are usually the greatest
Re: The Official ''Favorite TV Show'' Thread
In comedy terms, at the moment Louie and I've just started The League and love it. Have been told to start Parks and Recreation many times, will get on that eventually.
I've been lax on drama of late, but aside from the obvious Game of Thrones, I'm various stages of the way through (fairly equally obvious) Mad Men and Breaking Bad.
The UK does have shows too, but they don't compare to the stuff coming out of the US at the moment/I can't remember any.

Re: The Official ''Favorite TV Show'' Thread
It's decent. Entertaining for sure, but not comparable with series like Game Of Thrones or Breaking Bad.
If you're looking for something light to watch, and you like superhero stories, it's definitely recommended.
Skin beats bullets though

lol. How the heck did that happen?Andy92 wrote:Greg is so awesome that he double posted with a post in between his.
I'll add in The Simpsons and South Park, although I haven't really been able to watch them for years because the kids are attracted like moths to a flame by a cartoon on TV, and well, maybe they can watch The Simpsons pretty soon, but South Park...no, not for another 10 years, lol.
Another photobucket casualty...

Re: The Official ''Favorite TV Show'' Thread
Does anyone on here like CMT's Redneck Island? I actually applied to be on this season's show. Never heard anything. I suppose being from Mizzou (about an hour from Arkansas) I'm not redneck enough. Go figure.

Stone Cold Steve Austin is the host and he is definitely redneck personify. You got to have the attitude similar to him, then you may be deemed redneck qualified. One Drew Remains wrote:Does anyone on here like CMT's Redneck Island?
