Periphery - Absolomb. I really like this track a lot from their latest album and how it builds in that song.

Ahhh, The Veer Union. I heard about those guys due to WWE in 2009. Really liked their Against the Grain album. I wonder if the other album releases has been good?

Just watched Silversun Pickups unplugged on MTV. Odd band, but I kind of like them.

Armored Saint - Reign Of Fire

Probably the most underrated metal band ever. John Bush is such a good frontman. Love these guys.

Lately I've been listening to a lot of stuff from Chevelle and Snow Patrol.

I've listened to a lot of nirvana and Pearl Jam lately but they aren't like, favorite bands of mine or anything.

I think Joshua Radin is a good singer. I've listened to some of his singles.

Queensrÿche - Bulletproof

Brand new video. Such a gorgeous song. Todd just kills this live. Sings it perfectly.

Just ran six to side A of Hardwired. I love it. With the exception of the title track, I'd rate it among the best Side A'S if there career. Not spectacular, but extremely solid.

Snow Patrol was my favourite band before I discovered AB. Great band! Saw them live a few years ago in Edmonton with Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds.

Myles's solo acoustic show in Spokane from 2 nights ago to benefit his new program, Future Song. It's like Bofest, so it's amazing. If you aren't a big My Champion fan, start at 24:00 and you will fall in love with the song. This is part 1 (parts 2 and 3 are linked on the side)

Thanks to TABNer Jen S for recording and posting.

Midnight Eternal - Fire In My Soul

This is the band that opened for Armored Saint and Queensrÿche on their recent tour. They were entertaining and really talented (the keyboardist was not on tour with the band) but the vocals are a bit of an acquired taste, and I can see some people not really getting into it. I'm not yet sure if I am.

I'm curious what our resident power metal aficionado Lotha thinks of this.

Listened to the new Lacey Strum album. (flyleaf singer)

Honestly, I wasn't impressed.

Also, I listened to the How Did You Love -Shinedown acoustis version here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jAV6P_j ... e=youtu.be

Pretty good.

As well as that, I'll throw out some songs from my childhood that I liked: Why Not- Hilary Duff, So Yesterday- Hilary Duff, Pieces of Me-Ashlee Simpson.
