guys guys! remember when this thread lost it's coolness a year ago, and then we kept it going for no reason til last month?!

anyway, now that i have a working computer again, i can graphic design computerally. however, i found that my copy of photoshop has a virus attached to it (which may have been why my pc turned to poop last time) and therefore cannot use it for the time being. what was that online software other people were using?

Gimp is free. Linux version of PS.

I never could get the hang of Gimp. I've always heard good things about it, but it felt really clunky when I used it. Maybe I just didn't give myself enough time to adjust.

My hard drive died. I had photoshop for my MacBook but it was a trial and I did the patch wrong. Tried to redo it like 10 times now and it won't work

Would be even cooler if you used the bb color as a background color instead of black.

Tried that, didn't work. The black naturally occurs from the layering, guess I could try playing with the hues though...
