You can also order the album on Play.com for something like £2.49 cheaper than Amazon.

Re: The DRUM Thread
I've been playing for two years, I play on a fairly decent electronic drum kit, mainly because I don't have the space for an acoustic and I won't be able to make all that noise, the kit I've got is a Yamaha DTX530k, the snare on it is fantastic, almost like a real snare, just softer and smaller, obv...

Re: The Official BLACK STONE CHERRY Thread
They're a good band, seen them live 4 times, and will definately will them again, they get better each time I see them. Their third album was a bit of a disappointment, but after a while I just appreciated it for what it is instead of what I wanted it to be. It is a bit of a shame, because every son...

Re: Favorite Alter Bridge B-Side?
New Way To Live first, there's not much to explain other than it's a really good song, different from the average AB, I wish they would write more stuff like this. Never Born To Follow is a close a second, again it's different from what AB usually do, and it kind of reminds me of Bon Jovi. I've neve...

Re: The Official ALICE IN CHAINS Thread
Black Gives Way to Blue is a good album, definately sounds like a more modern Alice In Chains, I can't really understand why anyone would dislike it if they claim to be an Alice In Chains fan, I think people just have pre-conceptions of what they should sound like based on Layne's voice. I find it a...

Re: Rarities & B-Sides
I'd really like to hear some AB demos, I remember hearing a different version of Ghost of Days Gone By which was longer, and Michael once said the demo version of Break Me Down was alot more aggressive than te studio version... And that live version of Buried Alive is so cool, should have been the s...

Re: The Official PEARL JAM thread
Last night was absolutely amazing, first Pearl Jam show and it definately won't be the last. Highlights were Black, Porch (this was incredible), Why Go, Insignificance, Immortality, Corduroy and State of Love and Trust. I'm reading updates on tonight's setlist right now, and it looks amazing, so man...

Re: Tremonti Project: Previews
I like the ending. People were complaining that he was doing too much double bass, well that ending fill is not double bass and people are still complaining. Whether it's double bass or not I still dislike it and think it's overdone and out of place to the song. I'm not sure why you think it's so s...

Re: Tremonti Project: Previews
I really enjoyed that preview, I hope more of this album is like that preview, my hopes are definately alot higher with this project after hearing Wish You Well and Brains.. One thing though, what the fuck was Garrett doing towards the end of that clip? I don't think I've ever heard a drummer be so ...

Re: Soundgarden and Chris Cornell
Badmotorfinger and Euphoria Morning are probably two of my favourite albums, ever. I love Soundgarden, Matt Cameron is my favourite drummer and I just can't get enough of him. Chris Cornell is probably my favourite singer too, so versatile, I imagine listening to Badmotorfinger and then his Songbook...

Re: What is your favorite AB album?
One Day Remains > Blackbird > AB3 I became an AB fan after Blackbird was released, I had heard only Open Your Eyes and Watch Over You, went into town and bought those two CDs. I listened to ODR first, with no expectations, much like gbruin, and went Find The Real came in I was instantly hooked on AB...

Re: The Official PEARL JAM thread
Are you seeing Eddie Vedder solo? I know he's doing a few dates soon, I can't be assed to go, he's not playing close enough to me to feel tempted, and the tickets were more expensive than my Pearl Jam tickets were :L
I hope you enjoy it tomorrow, is it your first time seeing them?

Re: How Many Times Have You Seen AB?
Only twice, in Southampton 2010 and Cardiff 2011. Southampton was pretty memorable for me, the gig was great, I remember being really surprised at how overall heavy the set was, I was impressed with the acoustic Wonderful Life and Watch Over You they did.

Re: The Official PEARL JAM thread
My roommate listens to them a lot. Love pretty much everything I've heard from him, just haven't taken the time to really look into them. What album(s) would you suggest to a new fan? Hmm.. The thing with Pearl Jam is, their albums are so different that it's difficult just to recommend one album. M...

The Official PEARL JAM thread
Why are all these band threads official? Is to protect from imitations or something? Ah well, may as well follow the trend. I'm seeing these guys tomorrow in Manchester for the first time, and I'm so excited. They are probably my all time favourite band, and they are by far the best live band I list...

Re: The Official MASTODON Thread
I saw these guys back in February, it was a really good gig. They were tight and the songs off The Hunter were absolutely brilliant live, I know alot of older Mastodon fans don't lik ite, but they were so good live. Then when they played their older Leviathan and Remission material is was like the i...

I had never listened to Big Wreck before Albatross came out, and now I'm hooked on them. Glass Room is one of the best songs I've heard in a while.

Re: The 4th Album
I haven't heard enough of Garrett's drumming to make a fair judgement, I've only heard what he's done on what we've heard from All I Was, while I dislike his use of double bass in parts he does seem like quite a tight drummer in comparison to Flip, just because the You Waste Your Time video is prett...

Re: The 4th Album
I remember from interviews with Mark and Myles they said that he didn't practice, and that definately shows. He's definately a good drummer, and I know not everyone really cares about drum tracks, but I get the impression Scott just walks into rehearsals and drums for a while, without really paying ...

Re: The Official ALICE IN CHAINS Thread
Haha.. I was considering making an Alice In Chains threads just now, looks I don't have to. I love Alice In Chains, they must be the only band where I like most, if not all of their songs. I love how they're almost metal, but so difficult to pidgeon hole into a genre, their songs range from metal to...
