They take you to the site that's playing the stream in your region. Seems that they may well have fucked up and put the tweets on the wrong day though.

Edit - It was also the time Dream Theater's album got streamed (same label) and the same time as that Argentina one was supposed to come online. I'm guessing if they're moving the day back a couple of days they might still keep the same time.

I find it impossible to be a stream of the album.. Especially knowing that AB here is now being known, even they haven't come...
