Re: The 4th Album - FORTRESS - Discuss The Album Here!
I think it's "you've done no wrong" Ooh that would make sense! That Sounds like "Faith" to me. Definitely an "s" sound to my ears. Ubik is right. It is FACE not faith. Oprah's right too. Both would make sense given that the next line is "someday you're going to lo...

Re: Listening to Addicted to Pain
I love the stomping beat, almost a little echo of Shinedown in that. I'll have to wait for the high quality version, but it seems as though Flip and Myles carry the track other than Mark's solo.

Re: Macca's Approval!
Either way, this board can't be the one sharing it. I've been involved here, as many people know, and on other fansites where leaks have been posted. An example of how crabby record labels can get is a Rammstein fansite I was involved with being sued (unsuccessfully in the end) for 200,000 USD over ...

Re: Alter Bridge satanic or not?
I once drank sheep's blood thinking it would make me as good on guitar as Mark. It didn't work. On the plus side, my first born son hasn't been killed yet, so it's not all bad news. On a more serious note, I think it's been made clear by people here what they think, it seems a massive overreaction t...

Re: Books/What are you reading?
I'm finishing Noam Chomsky - Failed States now. It's an interesting read, not for the easily offended American though. I think he goes a bit far with his criticisms of US policy, as though he set out with that aim in mind and shapes everything to fit his cause, but it's an interesting argument he ma...

I'm very tempted to go to a show, I'm in the UK for the last two weeks of October. I miss Wembley by a day or so, and Cardiff is the very day I arrive, but I could feasibly do Manchester if I can get away from the family for two days out of a 2 week trip. That's easier said than done!

Re: Top Workout Songs
I heartily recommend Rammstein to exercise to. If you don't speak German, you don't understand the lyrics to be distracted by them, and they have a solid beat to most of their songs. Links 2-3-4 is awesome to work out to, for example. I also like One Day Remains (I don't need to say who by, I think!...

Re: First 2013 Alter Bridge Tour Dates Coming Soon!
Myles said that the tour starts in Europe, then US dates. No dates before october. South American tour FAIL. :facepalm Vorterix radio here in Argentina said they're in talks to bring AB to Argentina, but they said the management were asking for a lot of money. I don't know if that's true or not, bu...

I'm thinking of flying to Berlin after the Alter Bridge show in Brussels, for their show in that city. Anyone done this before? Does not necessarily have to be Brussels-Berlin.. Train? There's an ICE service from Brussels to Berlin which takes about 6 hours. That's not much more time than flying. T...

Re: unless he was just lost again
No. He had an invite, but he drove way out of his way to the south to avoid it. Are you sure he didn't just get lost on the way? As for those saying South America as the "new" country Michael referred to, Creed were here at the end of November, so I imagine that unless it's Uruguay, it wo...

Re: First 2013 Alter Bridge Tour Dates Coming Soon!
Vorterix radio in Argentina has said that they're in talks to bring AB to Argentina, and the only snag so far is economical. I'm guessing that AB are coming to South America if they get this and Brazil sorted. Who knows, maybe Myles will be able to leave the hotel for the first time in three tours d...

Congratulations Jim, according to my calculator (259 posts of mine once this is posted, against 3000 of yours), and popular maths, this makes you 11.58 times the man I am. That makes you almost 20 metres tall (but still shorter than Stijn). 1158kg (still less than the guy that does Man vs Food) and ...

Re: Lance... just got to say...
Lance could have raised a billion dollars for cancer research, it is still money raised off the back of several lies. He was a professional athlete, not a professional fundraiser, and his professional life is what thrust him into the public spectre. He didn't just give in to human temptation, he sys...
