Synyster Gates solo album. Sorry to say but nothing stood out for me except the solos. It feels like only Syn is evolving and the others are stagnating. Album is bland, boring, not one memorable song, melody.

IMO ABIII is easily their weakest album. Every song felt too similar in pace and style, and it really wasn't heavy at all. Dark, yes. The production on that album sounded really muddy and unfocused. Their wasnt really anything memorable in terms of Mark's work either. ODR was great for what it was....

Guitars need to be more sharper. They are buried under a wall of bass.
