Re: Alter Bridge - Live At The Royal Albert Hall

being a little negative there nagpo. for all the touring he has done we should be thankful he still sounds as great as he does and can actually sing to pitch pretty consistently.

Tremonti - Unable To See

Still might be the best Tremonti song for me. It has a way of being slightly melancholy in the first half of the song, but turning it around to an uplifting anthem, makes ya feel good man.

Re: Tremonti pt #4 - A Dying Machine

Desolation has the best build of any of the songs. Its only 4.5 minutes but damn is it a masterpiece... That chorus is haunting. And the bridge riff... gosh I cant get enough of it!

Re: Tremonti pt #4 - A Dying Machine

I knew TLH was probably the worst AB album as soon as I listened to it. There is something to say for recency bias but within reason, Im sure Marshall had some time to sit with the album.

Re: Tremonti pt #4 - A Dying Machine

I dont see what the issue with the chorus is. I think it goes along well with the rest of the song even if it isnt as thrashy and heavy. It isnt even necessarily “poppy” like some of you have said, its just a cool melody. To each his own I guess, I just think this has been Marks style for a while an...

Re: Tremonti pt #4 - A Dying Machine

These definitely still sound like Tremonti riffs. I think he might just be changing it up tuning-wise to spice things up since basically everything before was drop tuned, or maybe he just felt inspired in E standard. Could be because his voice is more comfortable in a higher-ish register, too. All i...

Re: The Official BREAKING BENJAMIN Thread

Gonna have to agree w ya Dolo, it was cool on Phobia and Dear Agony, but that sounds inspired and fresh to my ears. This is too repetitive to be interesting anymore :shrug
