You should start a petition to the band and their management. Although I have to imagine this was the last straw for them. To my amazement and frustration, it looks like they are still working with them. There is pictures of them on Facebook being interviewed/filmed. I'm not even sure why they work...

Noticed this in the FAQ for the box set:

Q) When will I receive my Box Set?

A) Approximately 1-3 weeks after your order has been confirmed.

Should read:

Approximately 1-3 years after your order has been confirmed.

I really do feel bad for everyone who waited through this mess and have/will be receiving their box set, but I must say, watching this disaster unfold is fantastic entertainment.

Less than 5% of the orders were affected.

I must say, I am SO glad I got a refund. Everything about this just completely sucks. And it keeps getting worse.

After having gotten a refund and having seen the update video, I can't say I am particularly jealous of the everyone who is still getting the box set... I know it is just a prototype, but it just looks a bit... crap.
