Re: The Official "Total Randomness" Thread
I've been student teaching since September 1st and tomorrow, October 12th I teach my very first lesson. I'm nervous/excited because my supervisor from college is coming to watch as well as the head of the English department(I didn't invite him!!!).

Re: The Official SCOTT STAPP Thread
I hope he can re-record Somber. I know it was supposed to be on The Space Between the Shadows before Art of Anarchy grabbed it. The original longer version is beautiful and I'd love to hear Stapp's current voice sing over it. I agree. I love the demo he released a few years ago. Same with Criminal....

Re: Video Game Bonanza!
Anyone getting/got Far Cry 6? I'm on the fence about buying it at full price or just waiting for a sale :lol Only FC game I ever played was Primal and even though it was a completely different time period, Im concerned about it feeling the same way/not being different enough and all the reviews for...

Re: What are you watching right now?
Joella and I just saw No Time To Die, the newest Bond flick! Being Craig’s last outing, I went into this a bit bittersweet. However I was blown away. A fantastic ending to the Craig Era of Bond and far more emotional than I expected!

Re: The Official SCOTT STAPP Thread
Lyrically sounds better than most songs he's released recently. Not a fan of the musical aspect of it but that's okay.

ITS NOT EVEN SOAP!
Is some of that related to the recent viral trend about trashing school bathrooms? It's ludicrous that that's a thing, but hello 2021. Yeah, apparently it's a TikTok challenge, but someone in our school took it too far, ripping the soap dispenser off the wall and actually putting a turd inside of i...

Blame Zaz, that's what I do
Ah man, I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully things can either get better or you can find somewhere else where you are happier. An unhappy/uncomfortable work environment is the absolute worst things in the world. Really hope you can find peace!

Re: The Official "Total Randomness" Thread
I'm sitting at bathroom duty in school and I have to physically scan a student's ID everytime they use the bathroom and it just feels like an overly complicated way to track students.

Re: Video Game Bonanza!
Been playing this new game (I actually don't know how NEW it is, but I digress) with a couple friends of mine. Well, one of them is a friend, the other is an acquaintance. Maybe not an acquaintance, more like a bum. I won't say his name, but he knows who he is. It's basically a mix of Halo and Porta...

SHHHHHHHH
People at my gym use their cell phones in the locker room and bathroom, which I think is rude to the people around them and the ones on the other end of the call; they don’t need/want to hear all the background noise (or the caller taking a piss). So if I’m washing my hands, I’ll sometimes use the ...

SPOILERS for EP 1: I don't see the entertainment value in A) watching a gambling addict's life fall apart so fast that he B) sells himself for physical abuse that then turns into C) a 5 minute slow-mo sequence of people getting shot who are supposedly just as desperate as the protagonist (After min...

Re: What are you listening to right now?
Daughtry's new album Dearly Beloved They FINALLY go back to their rock roots with this (6th) record. Chris sounds great and the music is great. Lyrically its good, but there's some songs where I think the writing is a bit lazy. I'd say it's better than their last two records, even though record 4 is...

Listening to the new Skillet single, "Surviving the Game"
Pretty dope song for a first single. A little heavier than the last few albums which is great. I do miss the old skillet sound though, violins and all

Re: Marching In Time
That was the best Tremonti show I've ever been to. Mark sounded FANTASTIC. He didn't do his "dinosaur voice" once on the whole show. He even played Decay and he said it was the first time he had played it in years so I was ecstatic! I had never had more fun than I had during that show. I w...

Here's a few songs I think you guys may like: Seemed Like a Good Idea by Mitch Rossell. Mitch is actually a friend of mine and he's a damn good singer Let Me Fall Apart by Light the Torch Sane by Fozzy Dangerous by Shawn Austin (he's a canadian country singer and one of my favorite singers out there...
