Re: Forever Falling: AB's best work since Blackbird title track?

yeah im not seeing whats so great about the song; its okay i guess, might need more time to digest it For me much of its appeal is similar to that of Isolation - very heavy and very catchy, which is hard to pull off. Isolation is top 5 AB for me though. And its appeal is immediate. As soon as that ...

I thought that it was a song about watching over someone.

Re: Walk The Sky - Favorite Songs Poll

The album is absolutely fabulous and it is hardly possible to pick the top songs. However I would love to underline the one song that got me jumping behind the wheel when I was listening to the album for the first time. With all my hate and willingness to make fun of 80s, I ADORE Godspeed which to m...

Synths are fucking amazing.

Never thought I would be so open-minded to such a change in AB. But to my ear it all sounds amazing.

A bit offtopic, but Pay No Mind is getting a heavy rotation here. Heard it on the radio on my way to work yesterday again, but fellas, what a fucking porridge of sound! Gah

Re: Listening party thread (Walk the Sky edition)

Nah, not that much of what I meant. I mean, there are several countries where people talk about money a lot. In Russia for instance it is pretty rude to ask a person how much he or she earns or spends. It might be because we are still in the middle ages or because we have a strange mindset. I dunno ...

To me BB or WDTTW are classic epics.

This one does NOT go in one line with them.

Re: Alter Bridge Walk the Sky Tour 2019

Let people enjoy the show however they want. It somehow reminds me of the modern do-not-hurt-anyones-feelings approach. It's not that I support hurting anyone, but come on, it's a fucking rock concert. If you want to stand still, buy a more expensive seat and be seated. If you want to share your re...

Re: The Random Alter Bridge Thread

Watching AB live at Wembley for the 12338 time. I feel when Myles is interacting with the crowd during White Knuckles is the best bit of the gig. Should definitely be a mainstay White Knuckles in general should be a mainstay imo to this day it's their best "heavy" or "alt-metal"...

Re: Listening party thread (Walk the Sky edition)

Funny stuff.

Some people say that TRem leaves all his best songs aside for his solo records, and then the best song on an AB album also has Trem on leads.

For some strange reason I still have not had a chance to listen to his latest album. With the previous three being among my al-time-faves.
