New record is pretty amazing, anyone else heard it?

It's all high quality stuff, some real experimentation for them, but not at the expense of a decent melody. Album of the year for me so far

Not convinced, he's not awful but he has none of Scott Weiland's presence or charisma.

Yeah I'm just being picky, better to have a shorter album of this quality than to throw in a few filler tracks to pad it out.

I love that they've never tried to remake SFTD - so many bands try to remake their classic albums and fall short. Queens are too clever for that though!
