I think they did a great job on that album, love it.

Beg is maybe the heaviest song they've ever written!

Re: Rank your top albums of 2020
A lot of cool stuff released this year! Seether - Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum... I think Seether found a sound on Poison The Parish with Shaun Morgan producing that had the band sounding better than they had in years. They've polished this heavier sound on the new record and it is magnificent! Failure...

Re: What happened to the riffs?
There are some killer riffs sprinkled throughout TLH and WTS. Crows On A Wire, Native Son, The Other Side, Wouldn't You Rather! Since the days of Torn and Ode to Fear, Cauterize and now Last Rites. Mark has been a riff machine for over two decades. I can't say I'm surprised that there's a pinch of s...

Miraculous that he saw where he was going and decided to put a stop to it. Very admirable. I hope there are other videos like this for all of the fellas!

Re: Walk The Sky 2.0
Maybe not my favorite AB tune of all time but it's growing on me with every listen. As others have said, I'm really digging the sludgy, beefy riffs. Myles voice is sounding great. The lyrics are pretty decent and the vocal melodies are different and kinda catchy. A welcome treat during this pandemic...

Re: Walk The Sky 2.0
Close to a year after it's release, Native Son has finally grown on me! I've hummed and sang that chorus all day for the past week! I enjoyed the music video made for the song and have only heard positive things about the live recording from WTS 2.0. I still can't seem to find it to listen to anywhe...

Re: Walk The Sky 2.0
I'm so pumped just for Last Rites. AB all cooped up during quarantine and feeling aggressive sounds like something killer is in store for November! The discouraging thing is the time length. BUT, it’s AB, so just don’t give us Losing Patience 2.0 and we’ll be fine. Anything but Losing Patience 2.0!...

Re: Walk The Sky 2.0
The real question – is this song co-written by Myles and Mark or is it made by one of them as most of the songs on the last album? Also, I see singles and EPs as a good thing. Releasing only LPs every 2-3 years doesn't look like a sustainable business model anymore in music industry, especially in ...

That Crossfade album is solid.
I also think that Trapt's self-titled is a classic record! Deep cuts that go far beyond Headstrong.

I love me some older post-grudge. Edgewater has a real classic record "South Of Sideways". Released on Wind Up around the time that Creed split up.

Re: What are you listening to right now?
Seether just put out a brilliant new record! I've had Si Vis Pacem Para Bellum on repeat since Friday. I was singing Failure all day long yesterday.
Right now though, for all you old school pro wrestling fans, I'm listening to a compilation of Jim Cornette's legendary shoot interviews.
