He's probably waiting on the pandemic to be completely over before releasing an album and heavily promoting it on tour.
This year, he played here and there, which makes me think he was often in the studio.

They seem to have a newfound appreciation for One Day Remains on this tour, which is great since they've often repeated Blackbird was kind of the album where they found their true sound.
